Dina Ivory is considered by many to be the premier children's photographer in the Southeast. Clients travel from throughout the United States to have their portraits created by Dina. She has worked diligently for over 25 years to achieve the major awards given to a professional portrait photographer within the national photographic community. Photographers nationwide have benefited from her knowledge and experience at the many teaching seminars she has presented over the years. She has also lectured in Puerto Rico and Spain.
She began working in her mother's photography studio in 1977 at the age of eleven. Just one year later, she won first place in the Florida Professional Photographers annual competition. At age sixteen she was president of the local photography guild, presented her first educational program to other professional photographers, won first place in the Southeastern Professional Photographers Association competition and became the youngest person to have a photograph selected for recognition in the Professional Photographers of American National Loan Collection.
Dina Ivory Photography opened it's doors on Mahan Drive in 1987 with a commitment to providing excellence in photography and superior customer service to it's clients. After almost 20 years, Dina is now creating senior portraits for the very children she began photographing as babies.
